No Central Heating

I was planning a run today at lunchtime but got a call from home. "The central heating isn't working!" Wife had phoned British Gas to come and fix it, unfortunately they could only commit to coming between 12:00 and 18:00. Wife had to go out so I had to come home and wait for the Gas Man - no lunchtime run for me

This may be a good thing as my left hip was hurting a little bit.

The really bad news is that he wasn't able to fix it! Its an electrical problem which is proving hard to track down so he needs some specialist help. He's coming back tomorrow but for the time being on one of the coldest days of the year we have no central heating, so I currently have no need for an ice bath, I have an ice house!
