20 weeks to go
The london marathon is 20 weeks today, when I say it in those terms it seems very close. I keeping on wanting to panic that I'm not running enough but I must not do that. When I look calmly at my training everything is on target if anything I'm ahead of schedule.
When I look back to the condition I was in when I started training 9 weeks ago I could hardly run 4 miles, now its 13 miles. My short recovery run this morning took me to over just over 36 miles for the week and 220 miles since I started training. As it says on the Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy "Dont Panic!"
