Another recovery build up run. Hip is still achy but its hanging in there. Today's run was planned as being 2 miles warm up 4 steady miles 1 mile warm down. It actually ended up being 1 mile warm up and 6 miles steady.
The 6 miles weren't very steady either, couldn't get my pace to settle. I was either doing 7:50ish or 7:30 and all of it felt like hard work! Looking on the bright side it is another run in the bag and I didn't collapse in a heap at the side of the road. Ah well more of the same tomorrow I expect.
