This Blog is about my attempt to run the London Marathon in 2005. Marathons aren't the easiest of things to do. They require a lot of hard work during training and they can take over your life. This is a record of my efforts, the ups and the downs and anything else I can think of. I never know there may be similar people out there going through the same thoughts....
We got some sad news this morning. One of my wife's uncles died yesterday. We didn't see him very often as he lived in Blackpool and we're down on the south coast. However on the occasions we did meet he was always very kind and welcoming. I was going to talk about my interval session this morning, but somehow my struggles don't seem worth talking about just now. So I'll leave it at that
