According to the schedule today was to be a steady run "starting slow and finishing faster" the thing is I don't think finishing faster meant a 7:09 last mile. I've got LSR (or LSD) tomorrow so I may pay for that later.

There is potential trouble in the West household. The little ones all have the sniffles again. Middle one has a nasty cough to match and was off school with it early this week. I've started sneezing and minor sniffling but no other symptoms. I'll check my pulse in the morning and if its OK then I'll declare myself fit for running. In the mean time I'll order in another batch of surgical masks and gowns....
